We are open Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday each week (except public holidays).

Bookings can be made online, via email, or over the phone. Classes must be booked via phone or email.

Please note we have a 24 hour cancellation policy which includes failure to attend. The cancellation fee is 50% of the service fee, or 100% of the class fee.

Please be reminded that as your physio is immune compromised we encourage you to reschedule your appointment if you are unwell or if you have been exposed to COVID-19. You will not be charged a cancellation fee in these situations.

For your first visit to the clinic (or first visit for a new issue) your appointment be approximately 60 minutes. 

​

Follow up appointments are approx. 30 minutes for a standard appointment or 60 minutes for a longer session for more complex issues or when treating multiple areas.

​

Please make sure you are on time for your appointment. There is a small amount of time built into your appointment as a buffer. This allows the physio to clean the room between clients and take payments and adjust any bookings. We recommend you wait in your car until your appointment time. As this is a home-based clinic there is no waiting room.

Payment is required at the time of appointment. We do not take Work Cover or CTP insurance cases.
